Find your exchange link.

On any item to share or send a gift, you will get the facebook share popup box that asks you to publish it to facebook.

"Publish" it, and the post should appear on your profile page.

Find the post on your facebook page and right click (or Ctr+click for Mac) on the link and choose "Copy Link Location" and copy the link.

Paste (Ctrl+V) the exchange link into a new thread in this Gift Exchange Forum!
Use the item name as the thread title.

Two rules I'd like to add to prevent abuse.

Firstly, Please do not post links from other people without their permission, Some people want to save their wall posts for just a select group of friends, and for rare rewards this is understandable.
Secondly, Please do not post SYNDICATED links (Links to other sites which contain gift links) or FRAUDULENTLY GENERATED links (10 Energy/Click, 10 GoldBars/Click or anything taken from a player posting more than 10 links at a time which are the same are usually fraudulent, especially for rare items) Players have been banned on other games for abuse these links in the past, I would not like to take a risk.
